2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products).
  • Digital downloads or software products.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or card issuer).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@pickzio.sbs before sending it back.


5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the return is approved due to a defect or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.
